Art of Judgment 101, excerpt from Wellness In A Toxic Age

While Hippocrates is frequently quoted, “Let they food be thy medicine.”, he also remarked on the value of medical science, noting that without it “everything concerning the sick would have been directed by chance.” Medical science, medicines and alternative practices are neither all good nor all bad.  In so thinking, judgment falls into error.  My aim is productive, advancing knowledge by applying a new framework of thinking, leaving the tedium of criticism out of the equation.
