After seven years of deteriorating health, conflicting diagnoses, oodles of medicines, supplements and alternative treatments, I achieved wellness last year by applying my academic training in philosophy and biology to food chemistry, nutrition science and medical science, seeking the unknowns that are touted as facts.  I have compiled my findings and adventures in the forthcoming,

it’s not all about me

Sharing my research with friends and family is bringing so much wellness.  My nephew, diagnosed with autism, has moved out of special classes and is attending public school with other healthy 4th graders.  My BFF no longer suffers the lower back pains of spina bifida that had haunted her for thirty years.  Other friends are experiencing relief from: arthritis, IBS, herpes, dyslexia, psoriasis, migraines, ataxia, neuropathy, myalgia, allergies, anaphylaxis & food intolerance, seasonal allergies and more; without medication, supplements: vitamins, minerals, herbs or alternative treatments.

science & philosophy

Science works, though it is often lacking in the art of judgment.  While philosophers have been saying this for ages, from Kant in the 18th c. to Wittgenstein in the 20th c.,  with only one thing left to lose, my life, I applied the art of judgment in the 21st c.  The results are surprising, fully substantiated and risk nothing, giving countless benefits.
